When ordering make sure your order properly. We are not responsible for incorrect ordering. We are not responsible for parts damaged by shipper. If you check the goods and they are damaged, sign bill of lading as “goods damaged” and then you will need to file a claim, which the driver will provide upon request. If the goods are unrepairable you should return them with the driver and they will be disposed of or returned to us by the shipping company.

All other returns must be pre-approved for return and have a copy of the invoice. We will at our option repair or replace any product found to be defective subject to our inspection. (I.E. exchange, in store credit, etc,)

Returns must be shipped prepaid, freight collect or COD returns will not be accepted.

Special orders are not returnable.

Merchandise is ineligible for return if attempts to install said merchandise. If you paint it, drill it, break it or modify it in any way, you bought it.

All items accepted for return are subject to a 15% restocking fee, no exceptions.

We will not accept any returns at a show without prior notice.

Be Bops Glass Works will not be responsible for the manor in which our products are used, The seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for loss, injury or damage direct or indirectly, arising out of the use of or the inabilities of the products. The user of any products we sell assumes all liabilities with any use of our products. We will not be held liable for personal pro property damage caused by use or misuse of any product that we make or sell.
